Meet The Founder

Born in Virginia, raised in Delaware, and now residing in Florida, Alexis Hallum has been apart of the fitness community for over ten years! Alexis loves helping others, both children and adults, pursue their fitness goals in gymnastics, swimming, and fitness training. While still pursuing opening her own gymnastics gym, she found a different way to get started with her business early, which is how Flex and Flow Mobile Business originated.

Alexis ended her competitive gymnastics journey in 2015 due to an injury and has been coaching ever since! Despite relocating for college, she has always found a gym to coach at, recreationally or competitively. While being away in college, she continued her fitness journey and shared her passion with others on social media. She saw the positive influence she was making and decided to further her education. Alexis holds certifications in First Aid/CPR, Lifeguaring, Water Safety, Personal Training, Health Coaching, Strength and Conditioning, and Nutrition. Her swim instruction journey started shortly before she moved to Florida in 2022. She has experience working with ages 6 months and up. Whatever the athlete’s goal was, Alexis always personalized her coaching style to benefit them.
